Project management could be a focal point of your job requirements in this career field. If you want to do well in this job, you need to be able to function in a supervisory role. You should be able to appropriately divide assignments among co-workers, and then manage all aspects of those assignments until they have been completed. 近日，“農夫茶2007大學生原創動漫展”在浙江杭州各大高校火熱進行。繼活動開幕式在浙江傳媒學院召開之后，展覽及各項活動在浙江工商大學、浙江財經學院、中國計量學院、杭州師范大學等高校陸續開展。

此次活動由北京大學文化產業研究院動漫研究中心及北京電影學院動畫學院聯合主辦，中漫網、搜狐動漫等媒體將全程跟蹤報道。浙江傳媒學院作為首場，共計展出60余幅代表了國內大學生原創動漫的最高水平的作品，同時還展出了姚非拉、聶峻、梁小龍等知名漫畫作家的代表作品。浙江傳媒學院的同學們還帶來了精彩的COSPLAY表演。

“農夫茶2007大學生原創動漫展”圓滿閉幕

【中漫網訊：】由北京大學文化產業研究院動漫研究中心及北京電影學院動畫學院聯合主辦的“農夫茶2007大學生原創動漫展”于2007年6月12日在享譽海內外的著名學府北京大學進行了最后一場巡展及閉幕儀式。

此次北京大學活動現場展出60余幅代表了國內大學生原創動漫最高水平的作品，同時也展出了姚非拉、聶峻、梁小龍等知名漫畫作家的大作；COSPLAY演出一如既往的吸引著大家的眼球；最為壯觀的當屬支持原創動漫簽名版展示，四地高校學子聯手簽名，成為現場一道獨特風景線；農夫山泉全程贊助了本次活動，最后一天安排了美麗時尚的農夫代言人張子萱小姐來到現場與大家進行了簽名贈送海報、書簽，現場氣氛就像這天氣一樣火熱。

隨著全程活動結束，北京大學百年講堂舉行了“農夫茶2007大學生原創動漫展”閉幕儀式。民進中央副主席王立平先生、白洋淀地區安新縣政府領導、北京電影學院動畫學院院長、著名動畫導演孫立軍教授、北京大學文化文化產業研究院動漫中心主任鄧麗麗女士、中漫網總裁張福山、各路媒體代表、各高校師生代表及北京大學師生超過千人出席了此次活動的閉幕式。

閉幕式以“農夫茶2007大學生原創動漫展”四地精彩宣傳片作為開場，現場觀眾感到來自新生力軍對我國原創動漫的積極地參與及支持；張子萱小姐在現場與同學們就漫畫主題展開互動；北京大學“元火動漫社”上眼了精彩的COSPLAY秀；作為今天閉幕式的壓軸大戲，大家欣賞到第十一屆華表獎獲獎動畫影片《小兵張嘎》，這是一部由北京電影學院動畫學院院長孫立軍教授集聚動畫學院優秀師生，耗時六年之久，耗資1200多萬元創作出的大型動畫電影精品。這部動畫片由現代計算機動畫技術與傳統中國風格繪畫相結合，是中國第一部以產學研模式創作的用二維傳統技術和電腦三維技術結合制作的現實主義題材、寫實表現手法的動畫電影。

“農夫茶2007大學生原創動漫展”自2007年5月15日在杭州浙江傳媒學院首場揭幕，在近一個月的時間里，陸續在杭州、上海、安徽及北京四地45所高校舉辦，參與活動的師生超過二十萬人，是中國高校有史以來最大規模的動漫原創藝術巡展。隨著閉幕式的結束，“農夫茶2007大學生原創動漫展”圓滿落幕。

“農夫茶2007大學生原創動漫展”以高校學生為主要對象，采取邊展覽、邊征集的方式，在了解中國原創動漫、親近民族動漫作品的同時，挖掘自身原創潛能。活動以“四地互動、校際交流”為目標，為南北知名的動漫學府提供對話、交流的機會與在校學生展示自己作品的平臺，同時推動高校動漫文化的普及與發展。

隨著我國政府的支持、業界的重視，動漫市場呈現出高速發展的勢頭，涌現了一批從事動漫教育的高校，培養出了很多動漫領域的人才。中國的原創動漫有了新的發展，出現了一批藝術性和觀賞性都很高的作品。我國目前有1230余所大專院校開設了動漫專業，但是同動漫市場的需求相比，這是遠遠不夠的。從風靡一時的美猴王，到如今大型動漫系列連續劇，大家看到了無限的商機。同時也發現中國動漫人才的缺乏，尤其是原創動漫人才。組委會方面表示希望通過多形式的活動與培養，使更多時尚年輕的大學生，成為中國原創動漫的生力軍。

迷你倉-干旱致河北48萬人飲水困難 12萬人需出村拉水

　　中新社石家莊3月3日電(牛琳)河北省水利廳3日透露，受干旱影響，目前該省已有48萬人發生飲水困難，其中12萬人需要出村拉水。如春播前仍無有效降水，該省北部和沿海地區將有1000萬畝耕地無法播種。
　　河北省水情資料顯示，去冬以來，該省平均降水量13毫米，比常年同期偏多20%，但地區分布不均。其中，中南部地區降水比常年偏多近50%，北部和沿海地區去年夏季以來卻一直無有效降水。
　　據介紹，2月底，該省南部曾出現雨雪天氣過程，但旱情嚴重的張家口北部和承德、秦皇島、唐山3市滴水未降，隨著氣溫回升旱情將繼續發展。
　　河北省防汛抗旱指揮部透露，該省淺層地下水儲存量比去年同期減少，地上蓄水主要集中在崗南、黃壁莊、王快、西大洋四座大型水庫，部分灌區供水能力不足，唐山、秦皇島、邯鄲3市供水緊張。
　　河北省防汛抗旱指揮部要求各地及早開展墑情監測、完善抗旱預案，科學調度現有水源，一保生活、二保高效工農業生產。在儲備好各類抗旱物資的同時，重點解決飲水困難，確保民眾有水吃。
　　

迷你倉-干旱致贛江水位持續下降 300多船只被困

　　中廣網北京11月5日消息（范存寶趙清鶴賀登毅張健峰）據中國之聲《全國新聞聯播》18時50分報道，持續干旱導致水位下降，贛江新建水域50公里航道受阻，300多條船只被困江中。
　　江西持續干旱導致贛江水位連續降至歷史最低，在昌邑航段，平日寬闊的贛江裸露出大部分江灘，河道最窄處只有100米左右，而水深最淺處還不到3米。300多條大小船只橫七豎八地堵在100多里的狹窄江面上。新建縣樵舍鎮漁民胡菊根：“一個星期了，從樵舍堵下來，一直堵到石云岡，堵了100多里路，這塊堵了300多條船。”
　　目前，海事部門正在江面全力疏導通航，被堵船只開始陸續啟航。昌邑鄉昌南村村民李相紅：“航道堵了四五天，現在慢慢在疏通，現在好像剛剛放航”。
　　

迷你倉-干旱致云南600多萬人360多萬頭大牲畜飲水困難

　　記者從云南省政府了解到，目前正在持續發展蔓延的干旱已經導致該省600余萬人、360余萬頭大牲畜飲水困難，隨著旱情持續發展，飲水困難人口數還將進一步增加。
　　據了解，云南省2010年小春播種面積3700萬畝(其中糧食1770萬畝)，受災面積達3148萬畝，占已播種面積的85%，絕收超過1000萬畝，山區小春普遍絕收，壩區小春長勢不佳，預計全省小春糧食將因災減產50%以上，甘蔗減產20%以上，優勢特色作物也遭受不同程度的干旱災害。全省庫塘蓄水急劇減少，大春作物按節令和面積完成播種計劃十分困難，很多地方由于水源奇缺，烤煙、水稻等農作物需要開展易地育苗。因干旱新增加缺糧人口331萬，全省2010年春夏荒期間共需救助的缺糧人口為714.78萬人，較往年增加46.31%。云南省政府預測，3月、4月、5月全省飲水困難群眾將分別達到792萬人、951萬人、1014萬人。
　　面對持續發展蔓延的干旱，云南省省長秦光榮說，當前和今后一段時期，要把解決人畜飲水問題放在抗大旱保民生促春耕的第一位，千方百計籌措資金，著力抓好抗旱工程性措施的實施；統籌做好用水計劃，對可能發生供水短缺的城鎮、農村進行細致再摸底、再排查，在弄清水量、算清水賬的基礎上，從5月底倒排供水用水計劃，制訂科學合理的供用水應急方案，建立臺賬隨時跟蹤，對旱情嚴重地區的每一個街道、鄉鎮、村組都逐一細化供水措施，確保全省人畜飲水安全。
　　“要籌措和安排使用好救濟資金，確保解決春夏荒期間因旱缺糧人口口糧問題。在農業抗災減災中，要努力實現小春損失大春補。”秦光榮說，對全省計劃預留大小麥、蠶豆、油菜、甘蔗等保種田32.5萬畝和已改種的205萬畝馬鈴薯、玉米和蔬菜等作物加強水肥管理，對有灌溉條件的310萬畝受災秋冬種作物進行灌溉保苗，對1000萬畝病蟲害發生較重的秋冬種作物進行防治；對450萬頭(只)牲畜開展春季動物防疫，對漁業生產給予適當補助；實施抽、提、運水抗旱保苗面積5000萬畝；積極調整種植結構，改種補種各類作物1510萬畝；推廣節水抗旱技術1180萬畝；加強30萬畝水稻、玉米、馬鈴薯等良種繁育基地建設。
　　另外，還要加大飲水安全、病險水庫除險加固、灌區續建配套、中小河流治理和小型農田水利重點縣建設、中低產田地改造力度，對藏區、邊境地區水利建設給予特殊支持。（浦超）

THE PRESIDENT: I called my Cabinet together for them to get a full understanding of the extraordinary actions we've taken. Many of the Cabinet members are involved in helping make sure this economy is strong in the future -- no Cabinet member more involved than Secretary Paulson. And we have taken extraordinary measures because these are extraordinary circumstances.

As I said yesterday, it's very important for the American people to know that the program is designed to preserve free enterprise, not replace free enterprise. Decisions we took to enhance liquidity and make sure our financial instruments are strong is a temporary decision. For example, the equity purchases in the banks is designed so that these shares will eventually be sold back to the government*.

Secondly, the program is limited. In other words, the government will buy only a certain number of shares in individual banks. These banks will be privately controlled. The liquidity measures being taken are structured such that the government will be a passive investor. In other words, there won't be government officials sitting on the board of private companies.

These are extraordinary measures, no question about it. But they're well thought out, they are necessary, and I'm confident in the long run this economy will come back.

Mr. Secretary, I want to thank you and your team for working hard during these extraordinary times.

We analyzed the situation very carefully. And the American people must understand that this carefully structured plan is aimed at helping you. If I'd have thought this situation would have been contained only to Wall Street, we'd have had a different response. But in our judgment, had we not acted decisively at the time we did, the credit crunch, the inability for banks in your communities to loan to your businesses would have affected the working people and the small businesses of America. And that's unacceptable to me and that's unacceptable to this Cabinet.

And so I'm looking forward to going to Michigan today to talk to small business owners and community bankers and workers that have been affected by the economy. I'm looking forward to hearing what they have to say. And I'm looking forward to sharing my thoughts about why the government has taken these temporary measures designed to make sure that their lives are going to have the best shot at dealing with this financial crisis.

THE PRESIDENT: I want to thank the members of my Cabinet for being here today to discuss a lot of issues. I started off the meeting by summarizing a series of conversations that I've had regarding the fires in Southern California. I had a conversation with Governor Schwarzenegger. My question to him was, are you getting what you need; are the people there in California getting the help they need from the federal agencies to help the good folks in California deal with these devastating fires? His answer was, yes. I assured him that if he needs anything, then, great, we'll provide it, we'll do so.

I also had an opportunity to thank him, as well as California officials, for working hard to save houses, save lives. I appreciate very much the fact that they're willing to work in a collaborative fashion with the federal government. I've been meeting with my Cabinet secretaries that are responsible for helping the state and local authorities fight these fires. I will report to you that I am -- I believe the effort is well coordinated. I know we're getting the manpower and assets on the ground that have been requested by the state and local authorities.

I wish we could control the wind, because one of the things that's hampering our joint capability of fighting these fires is the strong westerly winds. I'm told the winds may be dying down soon, in which case it will make it -- make this equipment we've got in place a lot more effective at helping fight the fires.

I initially declared an emergency declaration, which will enable us to send federal equipment and manpower into the scene, including Department of Defense help. Today I've signed a major disaster declaration, which will then enable federal funds to start heading toward the families who have been affected by these fires.

Looking forward to going out to California tomorrow. We'll continue to make sure that our efforts are coordinated, that we are responsive to the needs and people. And most importantly, I want the people in Southern California to know that Americans all across this land care deeply about them, we're concerned about their safety, we're concerned about their property, and we offer our prayers and hopes that all will turn out fine in the end. In the meantime, they can rest assured that the federal government will do everything we can to help put out these fires.

三洋品牌在華去留待定洗衣機格局存變數

中國區是否有部分品類仍然使用松下品牌還沒有結論。昨日，松下中國有關負責人向南都記者表示。此前，有海外媒體報道稱，松下宣布2012年廢止三洋品牌，全面啟動業務重組進程。隨后，另有消息指10月29日品牌重組問題揭盅，但是至今仍未有進一步信息發布。三洋去留與否不僅讓旗下的產業發展增加了不確定性，對白電格局尤其是洗衣機產業也增加了變數。

三洋品牌部分地區或沿用

松下中國有關負責人表示，上周松下總部發布聯結決算，就品牌使用問題提出：2012年4月，原則上實現松下品牌一體化，但是部分地區部分品類將繼續使用三洋，至于中國地區三洋哪些品類可能位列其中，目前總部還沒有給出具體的安排。

松下2010年度第二季度數據顯示，營業額為4兆3679億日元，同比增長131%，營業利潤1690億日元，同比增長586%。其中，三洋電機的銷售額達到了8297億日元，利潤達到61億日元。

松下方面稱，今年7月公司決定，以2011年4月為目標實現Panasonic電工和三洋電機的完全子公司化。現在正在就集團成長戰略構筑和事業重組進行討論。

三洋電機大中華區政府事務及公共關系總監張婷也表示，目前三洋中國還沒有收到松下重組三洋涉及的品牌安排，三洋電機在中國大陸的全資、合資公司眾多、產業復雜，涉及電器、能源等等，目前有47個公司，而對于現有的公司如合肥三洋會否繼續使用三洋品牌仍在研討之中，暫時沒有定論。

此前，松下有關人士曾告訴南都記者，松下會漸進統一品牌。如今不管在華是否有企業續用三洋品牌，這都意味著三洋的淡出。

洗衣機格局存變數

在我們看來，合肥三洋繼續保留三洋品牌的可能性較大。奧維咨詢分析師陳軍表示。據了解，三洋在華家電產業涉及空調、彩電、壓縮機、洗衣機、微波爐以及小家電等等。其中合肥三洋主營中高端洗衣機，近幾年發展迅猛，在國內洗衣機市場份額排名靠前，是較為成功的一家。

洗衣機較冰箱產品其品牌集中度更高。據奧維咨詢(AVC)數據顯示，2010年第三季度洗衣機整體零售量為550萬臺，同比增長13.8%;零售額為84億元，同比增長16.1%。其中TOP10的零售額占比達到95.4%。

按照品牌來講，海爾穩坐第一把交椅。美的系緊隨其后，零售額占比19.0%。博西系和松下的零售額占比分別為13.3%和11.8%。三洋洗衣機三季度零售額占比則為7.6%。

從數據的簡單相加看，松下三洋兩個品牌的零售額占比之和略高于美的系。陳軍表示，如果保留三洋品牌，合肥三洋憑借穩健增長的態勢以及包括三四級市場渠道改革，預計今后三洋仍可以保證江湖地位。如果由松下替換，松下三洋短期會受到沖擊，是否有其他品牌會借機蠶食市場，亦不能排除。而對于松下來講，長期以來成功塑造了高端形象，統一品牌則可能也由此出現品牌模糊，畢竟三洋的定位低于松下，現在來看替換的可能性較小。
